Qualification
- having high school degree or Equivalent Diploma Degree
- having computer knowledge & experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
- familiar with different browser , windows navigation & messenger tools
- having previous experience in customer service
- Must have the ability to prioritize work time effectively
- working experience in brand ambassador team/merchandising
- You must have good track order of work
Working Responsibility
- communication with customers directly by phone calls and emails
- Will have to work inside an Amazon Logistics delivery station
- Must work 40 hours a week
- making quick and effective decisions on the behalf of our valuable customers
- You have to make good decisions to ensure fair customer results and moreover you will have to approach problems logically
- You have to provide grammatically correct, concise and well written feedback to the customer
- Resolve issues and establish reasonable expectations with client
