Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds and work in all types of weather.
- Although a bachelor’s degree is preferred, relevant job experience in an agricultural field may be accepted.
- Excellent Excel and/or Inventory software skillsExcellent computer abilities, including Microsoft Office, file management, and organisation, as well as
- expertise with new software and technological applications.
- Ability to keep correct inventory records and generate reports.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- Self-driven, with excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- Ability to operate harvesting/threshing equipment and drive a tractor is preferred but not required.
- Willingness and aptitude to collaborate and operate as part of a team
- Ability to communicate well in both written and oral form
- Working ability at all levels of the organisation
