Qualification
- Having high School Diploma Degree OR GED Equiv
- having Tool & Die Apprenticeship Certificate a plus.
- having knowledge of Machine Shop Practices
- having knowledge of Die Theory
- Good knowledge of sheet metal fabrication is must- manual and automated presses including hard and soft tool.
- having experience in progressive tooling
- having ability to solve tooling problem
- having math skills like:- addition, subtraction, Division and multiplication
- Effective verbal and written communication is required
- having knowledge of hand tools & various equipment
- Must have the ability to work closely with other departments
- having ability to Maintain clean and safe environment while working
Experience
- Tool & Die Setter Level 1: 4+ years of experience
- Tool & Die Setter Level 2: 6 + years of experience
- Tool & Die Setter Level 3: 10+ years of experience – Advanced Knowledge & Skills with experience training others
